I was very lucky to meet Dr Neel, who removed three of my wisdom teeth — two during the first visit and another two weeks later. I was very scared and nervous beforehand, but the whole experience turned out to be much better than I expected. The extractions were done so quickly and smoothly that I barely realised how fast it was over. Dr Neel was very professional, kind, and reassuring throughout the whole process, which really helped calm my nerves. I’m also happy to say that my recovery went very well with no complications. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would happily give Dr Neel 10! I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone who needs treatment.

Dr Ricky is absolutely amazing! I had 2 extractions in the same appointment and Dr Ricky was so gentle and the procedure as well as the recovery were an absolute breeze! I’ve been amazed at the dentistry done on me by Dr Neel Shukla. Firstly the manner in which she treated me from start to finish is second to none & im 50 & been treated by many dentists in many countries in the world due to my job. I must admit I’ve not really looked after my teeth properly due to diabetes & lack of saliva they deteriorate fast. On my first meeting photos/X-rays where taken & at least 10 different major issues where found including major deterioration. Dr Neel Shula spoke me through how she would move forward in treating teeth I actually didn’t even know could be treated. The end results are amazing & where done in such a professional but majorly skillfull way. Once Dr Neel Shukla started making the treatment & changes I started to get my confidence back & had to complete these issues found, I therefore used this week & 6 hours to complete these deteriorations & got my confidence & smile back in a life changing way. Dr Neel Shula in my experience is the most skilful, caring, efficient dentist that you could ever be blessed to meet & get treated by & her professionalism is 2nd to none. As you have read she has my full recommendations.

I’ve been coming to this dentist since I was a kid, and I couldn’t ask for a better team or dental practice. I always recommend them to others because you’re made to feel welcome from the moment you walk in, and everyone has a smile on their face. You’re truly in the best hands. I’ve never had a bad experience, and they always check in throughout every procedure to make sure you’re comfortable and everything is okay. Even though I now live about an hour away, I still choose to come here—because I honestly couldn’t ask for a better practice. You hear about people having bad experiences with dentist's but you won't have one here.

From the moment you enter Yew Tree the receptionists are always friendly and welcoming. Dr Ricky Ghataura is very knowledgeable and thoroughly explains procedures in a kind, professional and clear manner. Treatments are always taken with care and I am very happy with my results and dental care received.

I cannot recommend Dr Raoul Patel highly enough. Outstanding treatment from Dr Patel for my root canal. Dr Patel's skill is remarkable, and the procedure was completely painless. Nurse Manj was lovely, providing excellent support throughout. A top notch duo who clearly care about their patients.

The Yew Tree is the best dental practice I have ever been to. It's been an amazing experience from the first visit. I recently finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Raoul, and I am very pleased with the result. Dr. Raoul is a very professional, highly experienced dentist. He always explains every step, which makes me feel calm and comfortable during the visit. The dental nurses and reception staff are very polite, helpful and extremely friendly. I am also very delighted with the dental hygienist, Colin, who provides great service and always welcomes me with a smile. I highly recommend Yew Tree to everyone who's looking for top-level service.

After not going to the dentist for many years due to a phobia of dentists I decided it was time to be brave! I'm so glad I chose this practice, from the lovely friendly reception staff, to the wonderful Dr Ricky and the fantastic Jen the hygienist my experience was amazing (never thought I would ever say that). From the moment we walked in, all the staff were warm, friendly and smiling — they took the time to speak directly to my 4-year-old daughter, which immediately helped put her at ease. The waiting area, with its calming fishtank and beautifully kept, modern decor, had such a welcoming feel. Dr Natasha Shukla was absolutely fantastic. My daughter needed a filling, and it went so, so well — she was comfortable and happy throughout. Dr Shukla explained each step gently and clearly to my daughter, taking her time and staying so calm and cheerful to help her feel safe and relaxed. She also distracted her at just the right moments and was so kind and reassuring to me as an anxious mum. At the end, my daughter even said, “I wish I could come here every week!” — which says it all! Thank you for making it such a positive experience. Highly recommend!
